These Terms govern your use of FeedJar ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe rights.
• Do not collect feedback that contains illegal content or malware.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

3. Your content

Feedback collected through your apps belongs to you. You grant FeedJar a limited license to host, transmit, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

4. SDK usage

We license you the SDK to embed in your applications for the purpose of sending data to FeedJar. You must not redistribute the SDK as a standalone product.

5. Plans and pricing

FeedJar includes one app on the free plan. Creating additional apps requires an active subscription priced at $6.99/month. Beta QA on beta.feedjar.in is billed separately at $9.99 per app (one-time). Billing and cancellations are managed through our checkout provider.

6. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, subject to reasonable notice when possible.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedJar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification.
