Is FeedJar free?
FeedJar includes 1 app for free. To create additional apps, subscribe at $6.99/month from your account settings.
Which platforms are supported?
Today: iOS, Android, Web, React Native, and Flutter SDKs, plus key-based HTTP for submit/list feedback.
Can I use my own UI?
Yes. iOS and Android include a built-in feedback screen and a programmatic submit API. Web, React Native, and Flutter SDKs are API-first so you can wire feedback into your own components.
Where is data stored?
On Postgres in our managed infrastructure. End-user feedback is owned by the developer who collects it; we process it on your behalf.
How are API keys protected?
Keys are generated server-side, shown to you once at creation, and stored only as SHA-256 hashes. You can deactivate keys anytime.
